Brew Pub
Project description
Three beer brewing enthusiasts have been brewing beer from their home for serval years and have decided to open a brewpub where they will brew their own artisan blends from local ingredients for distinctive and unique flavours. The microbrewey should be designed in a way that it is partly visible to the clients. A company brand and visual brand identity should be designed. The design of the brewpub should reflect the company brand and the visual brand identity. A menu and bottle labels should also be designed that will reflect the brewpubs’ identity further. A fast-food styled kitchen should also be present in the design to be able to make the food suggested on the menu.
Design rationale
The design intention was to create a brewpub inspired by the tiki culture. The brewpub have a microbrewery that is partly visible to the public which can be seen through a glass floor to ceiling wall. The beer on tab system will be custom designed to firt the theme of the restaurant, Durable materials and furniture was selected. The outdoor pergolas will also be a custom design because we are not allowed to remove any trees. There is seating inside and outside for the customers.
